AAA Driver Training Qld is an independant registered business and certified Driving School who have been operating locally on the Gold Coast for the past four years. We are recognised and highly rated by Qld Transport & Main Roads and with  many satisfied clients we have successfully  built up a customer referred driving school  and  developed personal Driver trainer client relationships. As we learn to understand the individual needs of each person we can tailor their requirements to get the maximum results of  achieving their goals . 

The business was founded  by  Michael Wendijk  a father of three sons with a desire and commitment to educate and  prepare all young drivers with correct  training to be safe responsible drivers on Australian roads. While based in Palm Beach we have serviced many areas of the Gold Coast and Tweed and cater for young learners ,the elderly  needing to upgrade and the varous international drivers needing to covert to a Queensland  drivers licence. All our  male and female driver trainers are Queensland Transport Accredited and Blue Card holders from the commission of child safety.

We encourage  and try to work closely with parents and other supervising drivers, to keep up to date with the changing road rules ,traffic offences and penalties . Each of our instructors have had to teach there own teenage children and understand the communication and  patience required, we operate under the Qld Transport & Mainroads Code of Conduct which ensures a high level of professionalism.

Our instructors hold Certificate IV in Driver Instruction and have  a wide range of driving experience and extensive knowledge of Gold Coast roads and traffic situations .Driver  education involves various -Keys2drive and Defensive Driver -training techniques in the structured lessons

AAA Driver Training QLD cars are modern and comfortable. They’re available in automatic or manual and best of all they are fitted with dual controls so you’re always in safe hands.

All our vehicles  are late model , clean and easy to learn in and undergo a yearly inspection by Qld Transport & Main Roads to test functional and safety aspects and requirements, to keep each car up to date. 

On those really hot summer days  it can become uncomfortable and difficult when learning to drive,

All our cars are air -conditioned ,windows tinted & fully insured for maximum comfort and safety .

At AAA Driver Training QLD we prepare each learner and mature age driver with the ability and skills required so that you have the maximum  chance to pass a driving test the first time ;,although 95%of our students do pass first time.To help you we plan and organise a practise test to assess  your driving  skills ,ability  and road rules knolwledge .

Our instructors are patient, encouraging and supportive and know how to get you from your first lesson while developing an understanding of each students specific needs,right through to knowing you are ready to take your test.  They will advise how and when to sit a test :That’s why we have an outstanding success rate.
